RPF SI Eligibility Criteria 2024: The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has released all the eligibility criteria, like age limit and educational qualification, through the official notification. Candidates who aspire to become the Sub Inspector (SI) executive should meet the eligibility criteria that require fulfilling conditions such as age limit, educational qualification, and nationality.
The candidates must enter the correct details on the RPF SI application form to avoid the cancellation of their candidature. Any graduate who is at least 18 years old can apply for the RPF SI recruitment process.

RPF SI Age Limit 2024
According to the official notification, candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply for the RPF SI recruitment. The age of the candidates for the vacancy will be determined as of July 1, 2024. The minimum and maximum RPF SI age limits can be checked below.

* To provide relief to many candidates who may have exceeded the age limit and missed the opportunity to participate in railway recruitment due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been decided to grant a one-time age relaxation of 3 years beyond the prescribed upper age limit for the post of Sub-Inspector.
Here, the upper limit of date of birth (not earlier than) for UR and EWS candidates should be July 2, 1996; for OBC (NCL) candidates, it should be July 2, 1993; and for candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories, it should be July 2, 1991.

RPF SI Educational Qualification 2024
The candidates applying for the announced vacancies should have completed a bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Candidates must ensure that they have completed the required educational qualifications for the post on or before the closing date for submitting applications against this CEN. Candidates waiting for the final results of their prescribed educational qualifications are not eligible to apply.

RPF SI Medical Standard 2024
After document verification, candidates who were selected will be referred to Railway Hospitals for a medical examination. They must meet the medical requirements specified in the Indian Railway Medical Manual for the 'B-1' category. Those wearing glasses or having flat feet, knock knee, squint eyes, colour blindness, and other bodily impairments will be not eligible for appointment.
