The India Show, Panama was inaugurated on 18 April 2013 by the Minister of State in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, D Purandeswari.Enhanced cooperation and engagements between India and Panama were the objectives during the inaugration of the India Show.
Apart from this, the discussion on the liberalization of the visa regime between two countries was held. Discussions on signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for trade and economic cooperation between India and Panama were also held.
It is important to note that before India Show, Expocomer fair was also held in Panama.
