BHU PET and UET 2019 Exam application dates have been extended by the University. As per the official notification, the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has extended the application deadline for UET and PET 2019 exams. Candidates interested in applying for BHU UET 2019 and BHU PET 2019 exams can now submit their application forms until 16th March 2019. As per the initial notification released by the University, the application deadline for BHU UET / PET 2019 was until 9th March 2019. The application process for both UET 2019 and PET 2019 is being conducted in online mode to ensure speedy processing of candidates’ applications.
In order to apply for BHU UET / PET 2019, candidates will have to fill the application form and pay the requisite application fee online on the official portal. The BHU UET / PET 2019 application fee for candidates from General Category is Rs 600/- while candidates from reserved categories i.e. SC / ST / PC, will have to pay Rs 300/- as application fee. The fees can be paid online using any of the online payment modes i.e. Credit Card / Debit Card or Payment Gateway. Alternatively, candidates can also use the Bank Challan system to pay the requisite application fee for BHU UET / PET 2019.
BHU UET 2019
Banaras Hindu University conducts the UET 2019 i.e. the Undergraduate Entrance Test 2019 to screen candidates for the various undergraduate level programmes offered by the varsity. The BHU UET 2019 exam is conducted in both online and offline modes. The test will comprise of 150 multiple choice questions i.e. MCQs which will attract a total of 450 marks. The exam is scheduled to be held for various undergraduate courses offered by BHU between 12th May and 14th May 2019. The exam will be held at 115 centres in the online mode while the exam in offline mode will be held at 45 test centres.
BHU PET 2019
Similar to the UET, Banaras Hindu University also holds the UET 2019 i.e. the Postgraduate Entrance Test 2019. The test is used to screen students for admission to various postgraduate level programmes offered by the university. BHU PET 2019 is held only in online mode and will consist of 120 multiple choice questions MCQs, which will attract 360 marks. The exam is scheduled to be held from May 12 and May 21, 2019 across 115 cities of the country.
