This year, Konkan recorded the highest pass percentage among all regions in the Maharashtra HSC 12th result 2025.

A total of 42,388 repeat students appeared for the Maharashtra HSC exam 2025. This includes students from all branches across the nine divisional boards of the state registered for the exam. In the Maharashtra HSC 12th Result 2025, regular girl students have once again outperformed boys. The pass percentage for girls is 94.58%, while boys have recorded 89.51%. This trend continues the pattern seen in previous years, where girls have consistently achieved higher results.

The overall pass percentage for all students this year is 91.88%, showing a slight drop compared to 2024. Among the streams, the Science stream performed the best with a pass rate of 97.35%, followed by Commerce (92.68%), Vocational (83.30%), and Arts (80.53%).

Candidates will also be able to access the Maharashtra board class 12th results at DigiLocker. In case a student is unable to log in to the official MSBSHSE website, they can visit the DigiLocker website or open the app to download their Maharashtra board scorecards.

Step 6: Enter the correct details like exam year, exam session, seat number, total marks, and the captcha code.

Step 7: Click on ‘Submit’.

Step 8: Your HSC e-marksheet will appear on the screen. Match the details with your hard copy to confirm it's genuine.

The link to check the Maharashtra HSC 12th result 2025 will be available at 1 PM. Students should have the following information ready to view their result online:

The Maharashtra HSC or 12th result link will be activated shortly in a few minutes at 1 pm. Once the link is activated, students will be able to check their marksheet.

To pass the exams, students must score at least 35% in each subject and overall.

The board also said that students who took all subjects in the Class 12 (HSC) exams held in February-March 2025 will get three more chances to improve their marks under the Class Improvement Scheme. These chances will be in June-July 2025, February-March 2026, and June-July 2026.

Students can apply for re-verification or re-evaluation of their Maharashtra HSC answer sheets until May 20, 2025. However, they must first request a photocopy of their answer sheets by paying an additional fee before applying for re-evaluation.

• Konkan recorded the highest pass percentage among all nine divisions with 96.74%.

• Latur had the lowest pass percentage with 89.46%.

Students can easily download their Maharashtra HSC or SSC Result 2025 through DigiLocker in simple steps:

Step 1: Open the DigiLocker app and log in using your username and password.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Profile’ section and link your Aadhaar number. (Skip this if your Aadhaar is already linked.)

Step 3: Click on the ‘Pull Partner Documents’ option from the left-hand menu.

Step 4: From the first dropdown menu, select ‘Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education’.

Step 5: In the next dropdown, choose the document you want — HSC/SSC Marksheet, Migration, or Passing Certificate.

Step 6: Enter the required details such as Year of Passing and Roll Number (as printed on your admit card).

Step 7: Click on ‘Get Document’. Your digital marksheet or certificate will appear.

A total of 15,05,037 students appeared for the Maharashtra Class 12 board exams 2025, which were held from February 11 to March 18. The exams took place across 3,373 exam centres and 10,550 colleges. Out of the total students, 8,10,348 were boys, 6,94,652 were girls, and 37 were transgender students.

The Class 12 marksheet will show the marks students got in each subject. To get the original MSBSHSE Class 12 marksheet, students will need to go to their schools a few days after the results are declared, since the marksheet available online is only a temporary (provisional) copy.

After the Maharashtra 12th results 2025 are announced, students can request a photocopy of their answer sheet. However, only those who first apply for the marks verification are allowed to request a photocopy.
