KVS Admissions 2025: Offline Registration Starts For Balvatika -2 & Classes 2-12 From April 2 Check Full Schedule Details Here

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has announced that offline registration for Balvatika-2 and Class 2 onwards will commence on April 2, 2025. As per the KVS admission schedule 2025, the registration deadline for Balvatika-2 and Class 2 onwards is April 11, subject to seat availability.

KVS Admissions 2025 Online Registration 

The online registration for Balvatika-1, Balvatika-3, and Class 1 was successfully completed in March 2025. The KVS Class 1 lottery results were declared on March 27, followed by the release of the first provisional admission list for Balvatika-1 and 3. Candidates can check the KVS admission allotment status by visiting the official website: balvatika.kvs.gov.in. The second provisional list for Balvatika 1 and 3 will be published on April 2.

KVS Admissions 2025 Offline Registration for Reserved Categories

According to the KVS official notice, if adequate applications are not received through the online registration process for Balvatika-1, Balvatika-3, and Class 1 under RTE, SC, ST, and OBC (NCL) categories, a second notification for offline registration will be issued on April 7. The offline registration window for these categories will be open from April 8 to April 14. The final admission list will be displayed from April 23 to April 28.

KVS Admissions 2025 Dates and Allotment Status

The first provisional list for KVS Balvatika-2 and Class 2 onwards admissions will be released on April 17, followed by the admission process from April 18 to April 21. The final date for KVS admissions to all classes, except Class 11, is June 30. However, if seats remain vacant, deputy commissioners have the authority to approve admissions until July 31. Each class has a prescribed limit of 40 students.

KVS Admissions 2025 Age Criteria

As per KVS guidelines, the minimum age for Balvatika classes is as follows:

• Balvatika-1: 3 to 4 years
• Balvatika-2: 4 to 5 years
• Balvatika-3: 5 to 6 years

KVS Class 11 Admissions 2025 

Registrations for KVS Class 11 will start within ten days of the CBSE Class 10 result declaration. KV students will be given priority in the admission list, published within 20 days of the results. Non-KV students can apply only if vacancies remain after accommodating all KV students. The final deadline for Class 11 admissions is 30 days from the announcement of the CBSE Class 10 results.
