MP Board 12th Exam 2020 Guidelines: MP Government has issued detailed guidelines for the holding of pending MPBSE 12th Class Board Exam 2020, which are scheduled to start from 9th June 2020. As notified earlier, MPBSE under the guidance of MP Government have decided to cancel all pending papers for 10th Class Students. This means, that from 9th June 2020 onwards, pending papers will be held only for 12th Class Students.  Keeping the safety and health of the students as its top priority, the Madhya Pradesh Government’s health department and education department have come up with detailed guidelines that students, teachers, supervisors and other staff members need to follow at exam centre during the MPBSE Board Exam 2020.

Thermal Screening, Face Masks Compulsory

According to the guidelines, students appearing for MP Board Exam 2020 will have to compulsorily wear masks and undergo thermal scanning before being allowed inside the exam hall. These guidelines have been provided to the examination centre administration and have also been notified to the students to help sensitize them towards the precautions that need to be taken in order to keep COVID-19 at bay. Moreover, at exam centre, the board administration has been asked to make hand sanitizer, soap and water available throughout the premises to ensure that students stay Coronavirus infection free.

More Exam Centres Being Added

As one of the key guidelines for holding of MPBSE 12th Board Exam 2020 is to ensure proper social distance between students, the board has asked respective district education officers to manage the seating arrangement for students appearing for 12th Class Board exams, accordingly. Moreover, before each exam or paper the exam centre is to be sanitized thoroughly before next batch of students entre the premises. In case it is difficult to manage seating of students with social distancing norms, the board has also made provision for setting up of additional or supplementary examination centres where students can appear for the exam. Earlier in the month, MP Board also allowed students to change their examination centre, on inter-district basis, in case they have moved back to their home towns

Exam Centres in Containment Zones to be Shifted

Moreover, any schools or exam centres that lie in containment zones or have been taken over by district administration as quarantine centres, will not be used as exam centres for MP Board 12th Exam 2020 starting on 9th June 2020. Students are also to be informed about any change in exam centres in advance, by 28th May 2020 by respective district collectors, to avoid any chaos or problems on the examination day.
