TANCET 2019: Application process to commence from May 8, Exams to be held on June 22 and 23

TANCET 2019: Anna University will commence the application process for Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2019 from May 8, 2019. Candidates who wish to apply for TANCET 2019 must submit the application forms from the official website of the university. TANCET 2019 is conducted for the admission to the MBA, MCA, M.E. M.Tech, M.Arch and M.Plan programmes offered by the university. The last date to submit the application forms as per the official notification is May 25, 2019.

The application forms will be available online on the official website of the university. Candidates interested to apply must cross check the eligibility criteria given by the University for the Different Programmes. It must be noted that those candidates who do not satisfy the specified eligibility criteria for the different programmes will not be considered for admission.

The university has also released the entrance test date for the different programmes. The detailed admission schedule will be released along with the admission brochure and the application form on May 8, 2019.

Application Form Details

The applications will be available online only for a short period of time. Candidates who wish to apply must submit the application form before the last date. The applications have to be submitted in the online mode only. The application process is divided into four sections for a better understanding of the candidates.

Section 1: Registration

The registration process is compulsory for the applicants. Candidates applying must have a valid email ID and mobile number.

Section 2: Application Form filling

The application form has to be filled in after completing the registration process. Candidates must note to fill in the correct details in the requisite fields.

Section 3: Uploading Documents

Candidates are required to upload necessary documents while filling the application form. The documents must be of the size mentioned in the application form. Candidates need to upload a scanned copy of their passport size photograph and signature along with other category certificates and documents

Section 4: Application Fee Payment

The application fee has to be submitted online only. Candidates belonging to the general category must submit an application fee of Rs. 500/- while those applicants who belong to the SC/ST/SCA categories need to submit an application fee of Rs. 250/-
