After the Uttarakhand Board results 2026, students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for scrutiny. This process allows rechecking of answer sheets for errors like totaling mistakes or unchecked answers.
The Uttarakhand Board of School Education, UBSE has released the scrutiny notification for Class 10 and 12 students. After the results are declared on April 25, 2026, students who feel their marks are not correct can apply for rechecking for the High School and Intermediate Examination 2026. This process is designed for students who are unsatisfied with their declared results and wish to have their marks verified or physically inspect their answer scripts to ensure fair evaluation.
According to the notice signed by Secretary Vinod Prasad Simalti, students must complete the entire application process online via the board's official website. Candidates are required to pay the specified fees through an e-challan at any Uttarakhand State Treasury receipt with their online application.

UBSE Scrutiny 2026: Important Dates and Deadlines
Students must strictly adhere to the following timeline to ensure their applications are considered:
- Application Start Date: Applications open immediately following the declaration of the 2026 results.
- Application Deadline: The online application must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the result announcement.
- Finality: Applications received after the 30-day deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.

- Fee Payment: Generate and pay the e-challan (₹100 for scrutiny or ₹400 for photocopy per paper) at a State Treasury or SBI.
- Upload Documents: Scan and upload the original copy of the e-challan as proof of payment.
- Submit Application: Fill in the required details for the subjects you wish to challenge and submit the form online.
