APPSC Group 2 Exam 2024 Postponed : The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has released short notice regarding the postponement of Group 2 Services main exam on its official website. The Commission was to conduct the mains written exam for the post of Group 2 Services On July 28, 2024 for the post of Assistant Section Officer, Deputy Tahsildar (Group II), Sub-Registrar Group 2, Excise Sub Inspector, and Assistant Labour Officer.

The short notice further says, "It is hereby informed that the Commission has postponed the Mains Examination for Group II Services (Notification No.11/2023) scheduled to be held on 28.07.2024, due to administrative reasons. The revised date of examination will be announced later."
APPSC Group 2 Exam 2024 Overview
It is noted that APPSC) had earlier declared the result of the screening exam for Group 2 Posts on February 25, 2024. A total of 92,250 candidates are shortlisted to appear for the mains exam and 2557 candidates are rejected under tampering, multiple booklet series encoded & no booklet series encoded in the answer sheet.
