Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Professor, Lecturer and Other Posts

Educational Qualification

Assistant Professor (Technical) – B.E./B. Tech and M.E./M. Tech or equivalent in relevant field with good academic record.
Assistant Professor (non-technical) – Good Academic record with at least 55% marks at the Master Degree Level in relevant field with NET/SLET/SET cleared and/or PhD. Degree.
Librarian- Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library.
Lecturer (Technical) – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Civil Engineering with First class or equivalent. If the candidate has a Master’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology, First Class or equivalent required at Bachelor’s or Master’s Level.
Lecturer (Non-Tech.) - Good Academic record with at least 55% marks at the Master Degree Level in Physics with NET/SLET/SET cleared and/or PhD. Degree.
Senior Instructor - 3 years Diploma in the relevant field from AICTE recognized Institutes with First Class or 60%.
