The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to organize its Science Exhibition 2014 at Regional as well as National level the dates for which have been declared by the Board.
Out of CBSE’s many initiatives to provide interactive, participatory, hands-on, innovative and creative learning experiences to students studying in its affiliated schools, one such is the organization of Science Exhibitions at Regional and National levels every year.
The activity aimed at providing a common platform to schools, teachers and students to shape their innovative ideas and learn from each other’s experiences. These regional exhibitions also provide a medium for popularizing Science and increasing awareness among the stakeholders about the close relationship between the Society and Science, Technology.
The most important objectives of the board behind organizing CBSE Science Exhibition 2014 is to promote the interest of youth in the field of Science and Technology as well to provide a forum for children to pursue their natural curiosity, innovation and inventiveness to quench their thirst for creativity.
The theme for this year’s exhibition is “Scientific and Mathematical Innovations” and sub-themes are Agriculture, Energy, Health, Environment, and Resources.
As per the previous report, all schools willing to participate may register either online or offline by paying a registration/ participation fee of Rs 650/-.
