Hindu College discovers admission fraud in their campus

Delhi University’s Hindu College has been booked by Delhi Police on charges of a fraudulent admission that took place in last year.

Delhi University’s Hindu College has been booked by Delhi Police on charges of a fraudulent admission that took place in last year. The police have asked for clarification from the college authority regarding the same and have been asked to submit documentation of the candidate.

The application of the candidate had insurmountable mistakes with photographs and address of two different members from the gang which is associated in this mishap. The two men who were associated with the crime are taken to police custody. Though the student, whose application form has been filled by these goons is presently untraceable.  The police are verifying whether the admission was granted on the basis of a forged marksheet or through a disable certificate. The searching for documents is on and the police have said it would find clues very soon.

The total number of fake admissions with this case has gone up to 15 which includes 13 cases from Sri Venkateswara College and one from ARSD College. Three convicts have been arrested regarding the racket of the fake admissions provided to the students. The police has suspected that they have a well ordered gang that functions in various colleges offering students an easy way of admission taking a huge sum from them.  

The admission and verification system of the institutes, university and UP examination authority have came into open with this shocking case. Most number of forged marksheet is found to be from UP Board. The gang has reportedly charged 5 lakh to 10 lakh rupees from students to get them admitted in the colleges.
