Educational Qualification:
- Flying: Graduation in any discipline or B.E/B.Tech.
- Ground Duty (Technical) Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics) {AE (L)}: Four years degree graduation/integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/Technology OR Cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India or Graduate membership examination of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers by actual studies.
- Ground Duty (Technical) Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical) {AE (M)}: Four years degree graduation/integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/Technology OR cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India by actual studies.
- Ground Duty (Nontechnical) Administration: Graduate Degree in any discipline or cleared section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India.
- Ground Duty (Nontechnical) Logistics: Graduate Degree in any discipline or cleared section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India.
- Ground Duty (Nontechnical) Accounts: B.Com degree or equivalent.
- Ground Duty (Nontechnical) Education: MBA/MCA or MA/MSc in English/Physics/Mathematics/Chemistry/Statistics/International relations/International Studies/Defence Studies/Psychology/Computer Science/IT/Management/Mass Communication/Journalism/Public Relation.
Age Limit:
- Flying Branch: Between 20-24 years
- Ground Duty (Technical & Non-technical) Branch: Between 20-26 years
Selection Process for commissioned officer in flying & Ground Duty Branches:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Officer Intelligence Rating Test along with Picture Perception and discussion Test, Testing consisting of Psychological, Group Tests, Interview and Computerized Pilot Selection System (CPSS).
