JEE MAIN 2014 AIR may be declared on July 7, 2014:
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE- Mains)-2014 All India Ranking (AIR Rank) to be declared on July 7, 2014 by the Central Board of Secondary Education on the official website of Joint Entrance Examination (Main). JEE Main Exam was was started in the year 1960. Initially this exam was coducted for the admission in IITs, IT BHU and ISM Dhanbad. Since last two years it is a common entrance test conducted for the admissions in various engineering institutions, unversities, NITs and IIITs for courses such as B. tech, B.E, B. Arch, and B. planning under the track of Ministry of Human Resource Development. Around 13 lakh engineering aspirants appeared for the exam and are waiting for their all India rankings. The JEE (main) All India Rank 2014 will be based on a combination of JEE mains scores (worth 60% weightage) and Class 12 results (for 40% weightage). The JEE Mains All India Ranks will be used by central institutes and other prestigious institutes in India.JEE (main) scores are already out. Hardik Verma topped the list with 345 out of 360 marks, the best score the city has seen so far, followed by Gurkirat Singh Bajwa and Aryan Garg, who secured the second and third spots, respectively. The candidates can check their all India ranking by selecting their education board, entering their application number, JEE (main) roll number and date of birth. In case of any discrepancy, candidates will be required to upload their official marksheet.
