Kendriya Vidyalaya School Admissions 2018 Eligibility and Admission Requirements for Class 11^th

Students seeking admissions to Class 11^th of Kendriya Vidyalayas need to fulfil the eligibility criteria as mentioned below –

Qualifying examination –

Students must have passed Class 10^th qualifying examination with minimum marks required.

Minimum qualifying examination –

• Science stream – Students must have obtained at least 60% marks in aggregate of all subjects in the qualifying examination.
• Commerce stream - Students must have obtained at least 55% marks in aggregate of all subjects in the qualifying examination.
• Humanities stream - Students who were studying in Class 10 of Kendriya Vidyalayas only and should be passed the qualifying examination.

Age limit -

The students seeking admissions to Class 11^th need not be fulfilling any age limit specifically if they apply for admission in the same of year of passing Class 10^th board examinations. The students can check age limit for Class 1^st to Class 10^th (including minimum and maximum age limit).

Generally, students seeking admission to Class 11^th need to be between 15 years to 18 years of age in the admission year.
