• Scientist ‘C’: Post Graduate Degree in Physics/Electronics/Mathematics OR Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology from any recognized University/Institute.
• Scientist ‘B’: Post Graduate Degree in Physics/Electronics/Mathematics OR Graduate Degree in Engineering or Technology in CS/EE&C/E&T/IT/Mechanical/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics from any recognized University/Institute.
