OPSC PGT Vacancy Details
A total of 1375 Post Graduate Teacher positions are available for various schools/institutions in different subjects across the state.
Eligibility For OPSC PGT 2024
Candidates can check the details eligibility including educational qualification, age limit and other details for Post Graduate Teacher posts which are available on the official website.
Educational Qualifications
A candidate must have a master’s degree in the relevant subject from recognised university with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate and have possessed two years Post Graduate Master's Course of integrated six years Post Graduate Master's Course from Regional College of Education recognised by the NCERT in the concerned subject with minimum 50 percent marks in aggregate.
Should have a B Ed or an equivalent degree from a recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi. However, B.Ed. qualification will not be the mandatory eligibility criteria for the post of PGT in the subjects where BEd course is not offered.

Age Limit

As per the selection process released, the Commission will conduct the written exam for the recruitment of PGT posts which will be held in two following stages-
