Pragati Scholarship 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To avail themselves of the Pragati Scholarship offered by AICTE, students need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria, including their financial status, educational background, and other factors. Some of these criteria are listed below:
- The female candidate should be admitted to the First year/Second year (through lateral entry) of the Degree level course in any of the AICTE-approved Institutions of the respective year.

How to Apply for the Pragati Scholarship 2024?
The students interested in Pragati Scholarship 2024 programs can apply on the official website of NSP Scholarship- scholarship.up.gov.in.Registration for the degree and diploma scholarship programs for the academic year 2024-25 began on July 01, 2024. Candidates need to follow the following steps to fill out the online application form.
Step 1: Visit the official website of NSP-: scholarships.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘Students‘ option available there.
Step 3: If you are a new user, click on the ‘OTR (One Time Registration)’.
Step 4: Now, back to the home page and login with the necessary details such as OTR ID and password to complete the NSP Scholarship Registration 2024-25.
Step 5: After login please fill in the required details and upload the scanned document in the required format.

Pragati Scholarship Selection Criteria
- The selection of candidates will be carried out solely based on the merit of qualifying examination to peruse the Technical Degree course from any of the AICTE-approved institutions i.e. in the First year or Second year (through lateral entry only) on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the 10+2/ equivalent examination.
- State/UT-wise merit list will be prepared as per the number of scholarships allotted in point number 3.0 above.
