• Godabarisha Vidyarthi Protsahana Yojana (LAPTOP DBT)

• Department: Higher Education Department
• Key Highlights: “Godabarisha Vidyarthi Protsahana Yojana” for disbursement of financial assistance in favour of the l2th pass out meritorious eligible students for purchase of Laptop. From the year 2020-21, the scheme has been converted to a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme, wherein Rs. 30000i- is transferred directly to the students' accounts in lieu of laptops. In order to make the scheme more inclusive, the selection of students, from the year 2024, is done considering Block/ULB as a unit, instead of a District.

• Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana (Edn Astt)

• Department: Labour & ESI Department
• Key Highlights: The scheme provides financial assistance to eligible building and other construction workers for the continued education of their wards/children. Families with a maximum of two children are eligible to receive the assistance. For 6th and 7th standards, the scheme is applicable only for girl children, whereas from grade 8th onwards, the scheme is applicable to both girls and boys. However, a 20% additional benefit is provided to girl children.

• KALIA Scholarship

• Department: Agriculture & FE Department
• Key Highlights: It provides financial assistance to the children of beneficiaries under KALIA. The scholarship will be awarded purely on a merit basis to those studying professional or technical courses such as Medical, Engineering, Agriculture & Allied fields, Nursing, Diploma programs, and various trades in ITI at government, private, and premier institutions.

• NUA-O Scholarship

• Department: Higher Education Department
• Key Highlights: This Scheme extends universal financial assistance to students enrolled in UG and PG programs through SAMA under the Higher Education Department's administration. The applicants must be permanent residents of Odisha.
