UGC NET Previous Year Papers: The UGC NET is conducted twice in a year by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to assess the eligibility of candidates for ‘Assistant Professor’ as well as ‘Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor’ in Indian Universities and Colleges. The UGC NET June exam 2026 is scheduled to be held from 22 June onwards and will go on till 30 June 2026. New Subjects Added for UGC NET June 2026
There has been an addition in the number of subjects for the UGC NET June exam 2026. Previously, the totalo number of subjects for UGC NET were 85, but now this number has gone upto 87 with the addition of two new subjects- Forestry and Statistics.
