The theme for International Men's Day in 2024 is "Men's Health Champions." This theme focuses on improving men's health and celebrates those working to abate the burden of health challenges for boys and men. It seeks to emphasize various aspects of men's health, including social, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being while making the community call up to support men.

Six Pillars of International Men's Day
- Six Pillars of International Men's Day: Promote the right positive male role models for emulation daily by ALL men and not just celebrities alone. Celebrate the achievements and contributions of men, particularly as fathers in bringing up children. Focus on improving the health and well-being of men, with a particular focus on their social, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
- Highlight Discrimination Against Men: Raise awareness of inequalities of men in social services and societal expectations.
- Improve Gender Relations: Promote equal gender representation and better relationships between genders.
- Create a Safer World: Strive for a world where every individual feels safe and can reach their full potential.
International Men's Day is a platform designed to foster talks on men's issues and encourage positive masculinity. The 2024 observance will celebrate the wonderful contribution men made to their communities, focusing on health initiatives.
