RBSE 12th Practical Exam 2021 Update: Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has issued a new notification providing an important update about the upcoming Rajasthan Board Class 12 Practical Exams 2021. According to the update, the board has decided not to appoint any external examiners for the upcoming Rajasthan 12th Exam 2021 in the light of the COVID-19 guidelines. In the light of this development, now the practical exams as part of the RBSE 12th Exam 2021 will be examined by the school teachers itself.

No External Examiners due to Travel Restrictions

Typically, for Rajasthan 12th Practical Exam 2021, the board appoints a group of invigilators who examine the practical exams in more than five schools over a period of 4 to 5 days. Due to this the invigilators have to travel longer distances to reach the exam venue. However, for 2021 session, RBSE has decided to do-away with external invigilators for practical exams in the light of the COVID-19 travel restrictions and the safety of everyone involved in holding of the exams.

Zonal Officers to Supervise Practical Exam

With the system of external examiners cancelled for this year, the board has decided that the “zonal officers working under the state education department” will be appointed to supervise the practical exams being held by the schools. These zonal officers have to ensure that schools conduct the board practical exams as per the given protocol.

In addition to this, schools have been instructed to form a team of 5 subject-specialists who will help in conducting the practical exams at the school level has also been appointed. Names of these teachers will be submitted to zonal officer two days before the beginning of the practical papers. Schools which do not have a required number of teachers to examine the practical exams will have to inform the zonal officers to arrange for the examiners.
