The HSLC Exam Result 2018 date was finalised by the officials on the Assam Board website. The officials have stated that this year, a total number of 3,53,533 students have appeared for the Class 10th or HSLC examinations. The Class 10th and 12th Assam Board 2018 examinations were held at altogether 852 centers of Assam. The Assam Board marked some centers to be "sensitive". An official said that special security arrangements were made for all those centers. The secretary of SEBA Probin Sarma stated that "Analysing the earlier performance and law and order during examination hours, we have detected some centers as sensitive. To conduct exams peacefully at those centers we have already discussed the issue with the district administration and special training was given to the in-charge of the centers.”
Last year, as many as 3,80,665 students, including 1,88,263 males and 1,92,402 females received Assam 10th Result 2017. The Assam High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Exam and Assam High Madrassa (AHM) exams were held in the month of February to March. The Assam Secondary Education Act came into existence in the year 1962.
