SRCC Gears Up For its Annual HR Fest in Partnership with Jagran Josh, Key Focus on Igniting Minds

SRCC Annual HR Fest 2024: The Human Resource Development Cell (HRDC) of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) will be conducting the annual HR fest, Minductor 12.0 in partnership with JagranJosh.com, India’s #1 Education Portal and the preferred student destination. 

The two-day event is scheduled for April 29 and April 30, 2024. The theme of the event is ‘Igniting Minds, Inspiring Action’. SRCC aims to focus on the fest’s commitment to providing students with the knowledge, skills, and motivation they need to excel in the dynamic field of Human Resources. Over 8,000 people have registered for the annual event. Minductor 12.0 will also include panel discussions, cultural performances and pan-India level competitions.

Event Details for Day 1 of Minductor 12.0

The two-day event will have several competitions lined up. Check out the following list of activities planned for Day 1.

• Innerve - Business Plan Competition: Powered by IIM Skills, this competition challenges students to showcase their entrepreneurial acumen by creating a winning business plan.
• Case Canvas - The Flagship HR Case Competition: This will provide a platform for students to tackle real-world HR challenges through case studies.
• Marketing Blitz: Powered by ETASHA Society and Adfactors PR, this competition allows participants to devise a captivating marketing strategy.
• The Dealmakers Showdown: Powered by Aum Finance, this competition is planned for students to demonstrate their skills in mergers and acquisitions.
• Quandrum - The Investment Portfolio Competition: Powered by PwC and Seers Group, Quandrum challenges participants to build a strong investment portfolio.
• Impact Quest - The CSR Case Competition: This is a CSR case competition that allows students to delve into the world of corporate social responsibility.

Event Details for Day 2 of Minductor 12.0

The second day of the annual HR fest will witness fireside chats with industry leaders. Students will get a chance to gain valuable insights and learn from distinguished personalities. Here are the key speakers who will address the students in the event.
