Eligibility Criteria for Faculty Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Professor/Additional Professor/Associate Professors/Assistant Professor- Essential for Medical Candidates (for General Discipline)/Essential for super specialty discipline-A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the condition specified in section 13(3) of the Act.
- Essential for Non- Medical Candidates-Master’s degree in concerned specialty.A doctorate degree of recognized university
Age Limit:
- Professor/Additional Professor Post– 58 Years
- Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor Posts– 50 Years
(Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women, as per Govt. Rules)
