Eligibility Criteria for Manager, Senior Officer & Other Posts:
Educational Qualification: 
Operations Department:
Manager – Flight Dispatch Grade- M-4 (Mumbai)- Candidates should be passed 10+2 or an equivalent Examination with Physics & Maths from recognized University/Board as per DGCA requirement. 
Manager - Crew Scheduling – Grade -M-4 (Delhi)- Candidates should have Graduated in any discipline from a recognized university with proficiency in computer operations, windows.
10 years of experience in cockpit crew scheduling in scheduled Airline.
Deputy Manager - Crew Scheduling – Grade - M-3 (Delhi/Mumbai)- Candidates should have Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university with proficiency in computer operations, windows Operating System, 06 years of experience in crew scheduling in scheduled Airline.
