Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) invited applications from Engineering Professional for recruitment to the posts of Head of Information Technology Department in the level of General Manager or Chief General Manager, Asst. General Manager (Company Secretariat), Manager (Legal), Manager (Learning & Development), Manager ( IR / ER), Management Trainee (Finance), Asst. Officer (Rajbhasha), Office Asst. Trainee (Rajbhasha), and Jr. Cook/ Cook-cum- Caretaker.

The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format along with other necessary documents on or before 27 April 2016.

Eligibility Criteria for BEML Head of Information Technology Department in the level of General Manager or Chief General Manager: First Class Degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Science from a recognized University / Institution.

Eligibility Criteria for BEML Asst. General Manager (Company Secretariat): Should be a Graduate and ACS qualified with membership of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India. Graduate Degree in Law or MBA will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria for BEML Manager (Legal): Three years full time graduation degree with LLB/ 5 years LLB from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with a Post Graduate Degree in Law (LLM) will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria for BEML HR (Learning & Development, IR/ER) : Graduate with First Class Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA(Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs. full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution. Degree in Law is desirable.

Eligibility Criteria for BEML Finance: Three years full time degree with CA or full time CA.

Eligibility Criteria for BEML Rajbhasha: Graduate with First Class PG Degree in Hindi or it’s equivalent with English as a subject at the Degree Level from a recognized University / Institution.

Eligibility Criteria for BEML Office Asst.Trainee (Rajbhasha): First Class Degree in Hindi or it’s equivalent with English as a subject at the Degree Level from a recognized University/ Institution with knowledge of bilingual typing.

Eligibility Criteria for BEML Jr. Cook/Cook –cum – Caretaker: SSLC Passed.

Selection Procedure for BEML Various Jobs:

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the organization.
