Andhra Pradesh School Holiday List 2026: The month of October comes with Dussehra or Dasara as the main festival. This year, Dasara (Dussehra)/ Vijaya Dashami falls from October 10 to 21, 2026. Schools will be closed for a longer period of time in Andhra Pradesh as part of the Dasara Vacation.
Apart from Dasara Holidays, schools will also be closed on October 2, 2026, for Gandhi Jayanti. Since the holiday falls on a Friday, schools will be closed for a long weekend from Friday to Sunday.
