Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, invites applications for Assistant Finance Officer

Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University came into existence by an Act of the Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly called the Jammu & Kashmir Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Act No. XVI of 2002. They have notified a job opening for the position of Assistant Accounts Officer.

Position : Assistant Finance Officer

No. of Posts : 1 (One)

Job Location : Srinagar, Kashmir

Pay Scale : Rs 15600- 39100+Grade Pay  Rs 5400

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree preferably in Finance/ Management/Economics/Commerce with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale from a recognized University.

• At least 08 years of regular service in Government/ University/ autonomous body out of which 05 years should be in a senior supervisory capacity in accounts/ finance

                                                     OR

• Master’s degree with atleast 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale from a recognized University

• Atleast 05 years regular service in banking sector or financial institutions of repute in a managerial capacity.

                                               AND

• Proficiency in Computer applications and accounting packages.

• Communication skills, both oral and written
