Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Warden, Accountant/Senior Clerk and Other Posts
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Technical Assistant (Library)/Assistant Librarian – A degree of any of the universities or Institution established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India and A Master degree in Library and Information Science or Documentation Science with at least 55% marks. Have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC,CSIR or similar test
- Assistant System Manager – A bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Technology or Computer Science or Computer Application. At least three years’ experience as System Manager or System Analyst or Programmer in Government or local bodies or Government under taking board
- Office Superintendent/ Head Clerk – A post graduate degree in Business Administration (Finance) or post graduate degree in Commerce (Accountancy/ Statistics) or post graduate degree in Arts (Mathematics/ Statistics) OR A degree in Business Administration (Finance) or Commerce (Accountancy / Statistics) or Arts (Mathematics/ Statistics) and at least two years’ experience
- Assistant Warden (Girls/Boys) – Graduation and Possess the basic knowledge of computer application
- Accountant / Senior Clerk – B.B.A. (Finance) or B.Com (Accountancy/ Statistics) or B.A. (Mathematics/ Statistics) and Possess the basic knowledge of computer application
- Deputy Registrar – Master degree with atleast 55% marks and at least nine years of experience or above as an Assistant Professor in a college or a university with educational administration.
- Legal Officer – A degree in Law (special) or degree in Law (integrated) (five years course after Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination) AND have enrolled the bar council as an advocate and practicing in the High Court or District Court or City Court at Ahmadabad or family Court or Small Cause Court or Industrial Court of atleast seven years OR Atleast seven years’ experience of legal matters. Possess a degree or diploma or certificate in computer course equivalent to CCC+ level
- Accountant/Auditor – The qualification of Chartered Accountant OR A post graduate degree in Commerce. (Accountancy) and At least five years’ experience on the post not below the rank of Cashier cum Section Officer
- Assistant Registrar – Master degree with atleast 55% marks or an equivalent grade of B in the University Grant Commission seven point scale.A degree or diploma or certificate in computer course equivalent to CCC+ level as determined by the Government from Government recognized university or polytechnic or training institution.
- P.A. to Vice Chancellor / P.A. to Registrar cum Office Superintendent - A post graduate degree of any of the Universities , (ITI) Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) Trade certificate or a degree or diploma in computer course. Possess a degree or diploma or certificate in computer course equivalent to CCC+ level as determined by the Government from Government recognized university or polytechnic or training institution.
- Cashier cum Section Officer - A post graduate degree in Business Administration (Finance) or post graduate degree in Commerce (Accountancy/ Economics/ Statistics) or post graduate degree in Arts (Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics) and At least two years’ experience on the post not below the rank of Accountant or Senior Clerk
