After a tough accounts paper this year in the CBSE Board class 12 examination, Maths paper also came in as a little of a shocker.
The situation can be tough to handle, as at least fifty percent is a pre requisite to qualify for admissions to the good engineering courses.
The matter was brought to the notice of CBSE chairman Vineet Joshi when tough valuation last year, 2012 left many students ineligible for engineering course in the State.
The students writing the examination were the first batch after the introduction of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE).
The examination which started on a relatively lighter note has grimed with accounts and Mathematics. Lest hope the coming examinations sets the easy tone for students.
