CBSE NEET 2018: Application correction window re-opens at cbseneet.nic.in; know every detail here
CBSE has re-opened the form correction facility for the applicants of NEET 2018. Read here every detail and information regarding the correction process.
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has re-opened the form correction facility for the applicants of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018. To get your personal details corrected in your, visit the official website, cbseneet.nic.in.
Earlier, CBSE had opened the NEET 2018 candidate login from 15 March to 17 March, 2018 to update the corrections in online application form.
CBSE issued a notice to announce the opening of correction in NEET application form which said, “on request of the candidates, the correction facility is allowed in the following fields so that no correction will be allowed after the declaration of results.”
Three fields that can be edited therein are:
- Date of birth
- Category of the candidate
- Status of persons with disability (PwD)
The correction facility is made available till 18th May 2018 at 5PM.
Candidates will be required to pay an additional fee to make any correction in any of the three applicable categories. No fee will be refunded by the CBSE.
How to Make Corrections in the NEET 2018 Application Form?
NEET Candidates who need to make changes in the above three categories in their application do so by following the instructions given below:
- Visit the official website cbseneet.nic.in.
- Click on the activated link ‘Cndidate Login.’
- Enter your registration number and password to login.
- Click on the ‘Edit’ button to correct the information in your application form.
Candidates are advised to enter the correct information carefully as no second chance will be provided further.
CBSE had successfully conducted national level medical entrance exam on 6th May, 2018, for which 13.26 lakh candidates had applied.
