Eligibility Criteria for Staff Nurse and Other Post Job
Educational Qualification:
District Programme Coordinator under RNTCP: MBA/PG Diploma in Management/Health Administration from a recognized Institute / University, At least 1 year of work experience.
District Consultant (Quality Assurance) under NQAP: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/ Nursing Graduate WITH Masters in Hospital Administration / Health Management (MHA – Fulltime or equivalent) with Two years experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration. Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/ Six Sigma/ Lean/ Kaizen would be preferred.
Facility-level Quality Manager under NQAP: MBBS Dental/AYUSH/ Nursing/ Life Science/ Social Science Graduate WITH Masters in Hospital Administration / Health Management WITH One year experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration.
Staff Nurse under NUHM: Completed GNM course recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) or Reciprocal Registration Certificate from WBNC.
GNM under Thalassaemia Control Programme: Completed GNM course recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) with reciprocal Registration Certificate from WBNC.
Laboratory Technician (NUHM): Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board/ Institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics AND Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty / AICTE. Knowledge in Computer, MS Office, and Internet is required.
Consolidated Remuneration per month
• District Programme Coordinator under RNTCP: Rs. 22,000/-
• District Consultant (Quality Assurance) under NQAP: Rs. 40,000/
• Facility-level Quality Manager under NQAP: Rs. 35,000/-
• Staff Nurse under NUHM: Rs. 17,220/-
• GNM under Thalassaemia Control Programme: Rs. 16,860/- + Rs.300 washing allowance per month
• Laboratory Technician (NUHM): Rs. 9380/-
