Officers under the Central or State Govt. or UT or PSU or Autonomous Bodies etc:
- Possess Degree or equivalent from the recognized University or Institution with appropriate work experience of 10 years in the Establishment, Administration and Account Matters.

Below 56 years
Pay Scale
Pay Band (PB – 3) and Pay Scale of Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- Per Month.
