Goa PSC Notified Recruitment for 12 Teaching & Non-Teaching Posts 2014

Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) invited applications for recruitment of 12 various posts. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 31 July 2014. The Goa Public Service Commission is a body created by the Constitution of India. The Commission advises the Government on all matters relating to State Civil Services referred to it under Article 320 (3) of the Constitution.

Pay scale

• Lecturer in Radiology: Rs.15600-39100/- + Rs.6600/-
• Assistant Lecturer in Casualty: Rs.15600-39100/- + Rs.5400/-
• Assistant Head Occupational Therapist in Orthopaedic Surgery: Rs.9300-34800/- + Rs.4600/-
• Scientific Officer (Preservation): Rs.9300-34800/- + Rs.4600/-
• Executive Engineer (Electrical): Rs.15600-39100/- + Rs.6600/-

Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualification

• Lecturer in Radiology: A recognised Medical qualification and Post Graduate degree in the speciality concerned or equivalent.
• Assistant Lecturer in Casualty: A recognised Medical qualification and Knowledge of Konkani.
• Assistant Head Occupational Therapist in Orthopaedic Surgery: Degree or Diploma in Occupational therapy and Knowledge of Konkani.
• Scientific Officer (Preservation): Master degree in Chemistry or Physics and Knowledge of Konkani.
• Executive Engineer (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering and Knowledge of Konkani.

Age Limit

• Greater than 45 years for Lecturer in Radiology.
• Greater than 42 years for remaining post.
• Age relaxation will be given as per Govt. rule.

Application Fee
General and OBC categories Candidate have to pay Rs.400/- (Rs.200/- for SC, ST, OBC, Physically Handicapped and Ex-serviceman) in the form of Indian Postal Order or Demand Draft payable to “The Secretary Goa Public Service Commission” payable at Panjim.

• Application Form, duly complete in all respect along with attested copies of all required Certificates / Documents should be submitted to the Goa Public Service Commission before 31 July 2014.
