Educational Qualification:

• CGM (Operations)/ Chief Operations Officer: Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
• GM (Risk & Compliance/ Chief Risk and Compliance Officer): Chartered Accountant from ICAI is mandatory. (Or) Graduate (With Specialization in Law) from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body is mandatory.
• AGM (Human Resource Management): Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
• Senior Manager (HR Generalist Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Performance Management System): Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
• Manager (Training): Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

Age Limit

• CGM (Operations)/ Chief Operations Officer: 35 years to 55 years
• GM (Risk & Compliance/ Chief Risk and Compliance Officer): 38 years to 55 years
• AGM (Human Resource Management): 32 to 50 years
• Senior Manager (HR Generalist Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Performance Management System): 26 to 35 years
• Manager (Training): 23 to 35 years
