Educational Qualification:
- Orthopedic Surgeon, Opthamologist, Psychiatrist, ENT, Gynecologist, Ohysician, Dermatologist, Pediatrician, General Surgeon - Post Graduate Degree with relevant experience.
- Cardiologist, Gastroenterologist, Endocrinologist, Neuro Physician – Post Graduate Degree DM or DNB with relevant experience
- Dentist – BDS with 5 years of experience or MDS with 2 years of experience
