 Indian Telephone Industries Limited, commonly known as ITI Limited, is a state-owned manufacturer of telecommunications equipment in India. It was founded in 1948. It produces GSM mobile equipment at its Mankapur and Rae Bareli Plants. It also produces Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment such as network management systems, encryption and networking solutions for internet connectivity, and secure communications networks and equipment for India's military.

Educational Qualifications

• GM / AGM – R&D: Graduate in Engineering in Electronics and Communication or Electronics or Telecommunication with good academic record from a recognized university.
• DGM / CM – R&D: Graduate in Engineering in Electronics and Communication or Electronics or Telecommunication with good academic record from a recognized university.
• MGR / DYM - R&D: Graduate in Engineering in Electronics and Communication or Electronics or Telecommunication with good academic record from a recognized university.
• DGM – Legal: LLB / LLM from a Recognized university or institution.
• CM / Manager- Legal: LLB / LLM from a Recognized university or institution.

• GM / AGM – R&D: 20500-500-26500/ 18500-450-23900
• DGM / CM – R&D: 17500-400-22300/ 16000-400-20800
• MGR / DYM - R&D: 14500-350-18700/ 13000-350-18250
• DGM – Legal: 18500-400-22300
• CM / Manager- Legal: 16000-400-20800/ 14500-350-18700
