Eligibility Criteria for Handyman / Handywomen, Jr.Customer Agent and Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Handyman / Handywomen – SSC / 10th standard pass.
• Utility Agent cum-Ramp Driver – Minimum SSC; Must possess valid HMV Driving License.
• Ramp Services Agent/Sr. Ramp Services Agent – Three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Production / Electronics/ Automobile Engineering recognized by the state government or ITI with NCTVT.
• Jr. Cabin Services Agent /Jr. Customer Agent – HSC pass in any discipline / faculty from a recognized board university.
• Customer Agent/ Cabin Services Agent – Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern.
• Sr. Customer Agent – Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with 4 years experience
• Asst. Terminal Manager – Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with 10 years experience.
• Terminal Manager (Ramp Handling)/Terminal Manager (Pax Handling) – Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with 15 years experience.
• Jr. Executive (Technical) – Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical and Electronics / Electronics from a recognized University.
• Jr. Executive (Pax) – Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with M.B.A or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university with 3 years of experience. OR Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with 6 years experience in any of the area or combination thereof, of fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger checking/cargo handling
