KEAM Results 2015 has been declared by CEE Kerala today. Result of KEAM 2015 engineering, medical, architecture, and ayurveda are published along with the rank lists for admission to professional courses as approved by the Govt. of Kerala. The rank list for the Medical Entrance Examinations and the score of Engineering entrance examination were announced today by the minister at PRD Chamber in Government Secretariate at Thiruvananthapuram.
The medical rank list is being prepared based on the total score in the two papers of the Medical Entrance Examination, held on April 22 and 23. The engineering score will show the total marks obtained by the candidate in the two papers of the engineering entrance examinations held on April 20 and 22.
Declaration of KEAM Results for the Kerala Engineering Agriculture Medical Entrance Exam is based on the score obtained by candidate in the exam, scoring of which is done as per the Answer Key of KEAM and qualifying exam scores where applicable.
The KEAM 205 ranks will be computed with equal weight to the marks obtained in the Entrance Examination for Engineering (Paper I & Paper II put together), and the marks obtained for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. The candidates who appeared for KEAM 2015 were required to answer 120 multiple choice questions in 150 minutes. According to the marking scheme of KEAM, the candidates are awarded 4 marks for every right answer while for every wrong answer one mark is deducted.
Aspirants are required to note that the cut off marks of KEAM Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) cutoff marks differ on basis of the category to which the students belong. The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations was established in 1983 as a separate entity to conduct the Entrance Examinations for admission to Professional Courses in Kerala. The seat allotments of KEAM 2015 are based on the ranks obtained in the test.
