The Lakshmipat Singhania Academy recently celebrated the 17th Founder’s Day Celebration of Lakshmipat Singhania Academy at Kala Mandir.
While the celebrations went on, Subir Chowdhury, former director of IIM-Calcutta, took some time out and explained the students to be entrepreneurs than job seekers so as to they could create go forth and create employment scopes in India.
The principal, Meena Kak talked about the annual events of the school and the achievements and laurels bagged by its teachers and students. Along with the students getting felicitated, the class X and XII CBSE board toppers (session 2011-2012) were also awarded by the special category of prizes which included the Principal's Award and the Prashasti Samman.
Following the felicitation programme, "Samay Sopan- Down the Ages", a fantastic saga of incredible India took over, in which around two hundred and ten students from classes II to XII presented a beautifully choreographed, event which was scripted in the school.
