Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Regional Director (Handicrafts): Officers under the Central/State Governments/Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis, with five years regular service in posts in the scale of Rs 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rd. 6600/-or equivalent and possessing experience in the field of handicrafts/Small Scale Industries and Cottage Industries/Economic Surveys.
