Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Medical Officer (Ayurveda): BAMS Degree.
- Medical Officer (Homoeo): BHMS Degree.
- PRO cum LO: MSW or MBA in appropriate discipline.
- Staff Nurse: B. Sc. Nursing.
- Secondary Level Palliative Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing Degree or GNM.
- Pharmacist: D. Pharma or B. Pharma.
- Laboratory Technician: Diploma in MLT (DMLT) or B. Sc. with MLT Certificate.
- Physiotherapist: BPT or MPT Degree.
- District VBD Consultant: B.Sc. Degree in Zoology and knowledge of Computer with 05 years of experience.
- Clinical Psychologist: M.Sc. in Psychology or M. Phil in Clinical Psychology.
- Jr. Public Health Nurse: ANM.
Age Limit:
40 years
