Eligibility Criteria for Posts under NHM Recruitment 2017

Educational Qualification :

District Field Coordinator - Palliative care Project : BSW or MSW degree holder

Assistant Quality Assurance Officer : MHA (master of Hospital Administartion) or MSc in Hospital management.

Junior Consultant (Documentation & Communication) : Master of Communication and Journalism or MA English with PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communications.

Public Relations Officer : MBA, MHA, MPH, MSW, MSc in Hospital management with 2 years post qualification experience in the related field.

Public Relation Officer cum -Liaison officer : MBA, MHA, MPH, MSW, MSc in Hospital management with 2 years' post qualification experience in the related field.

Office Secretary : Graduation in any discipline.

Adolescent Health Counselor : Graduate in Psychology / Sociology/ Social work/Anthropology/Human Development with 2 years experience 1 the related field.

Accountant : B.Com with tally

Optometrist / Ophthalmic Assistant : Pass in Pre-degree/Plus two with Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Mathematics as optional subject or equivalent qualification and Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant's course ( 2 years) conducted by the Medical colleges in Kerala or equivalents qualification recognized in Kerala with 2 years experience in relevant field.

MIS Assistant : Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)

Audiometric Assistant : Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS) - should have RCl registration.

Lab Technician : 10+2 in Science with Diploma or certificate course in Medic\l Laboratory Technology or its equivalent.

JC Orthodontics : Post graduate Degree (MDS) in Orthodontics from recognized University.

Medical Officer : MBBS & TCMC Registration

Medical Officer - AYUSH : Bachelor Degree in Homoeo Medicine (BHMS)

Senior Treatment Lab Supervisor : 10+2 in Science with Diploma or certificate course in Medical -laboratory Technology or its equivalent.

Age Limit :

Medical Officer : Less than 62 years

For all other posts : Less than 40 years

Relaxations for reserved categories are as per government norms.
