Eligibility Criteria for Laboratory Technician and Other Posts

Educational Qualification

Technical Officer- Medical graduate or M.Sc in Medical Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Life Sciences.

Laboratory Technician- Graduate in Medical Lab Technology (B Sc) OR Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) with the course of at least two years duration OR Diploma/Certificate in Medical
Lab Technology (MLT) with the course of at least one year duration OR Graduate in Science.

Laboratory Technician- The candidate should be B.Sc. Biotechnology/Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology or having Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).

ICTC- The candidate should be Post Graduate degree/diploma in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development/ Nursing with minimum 1 year experience after PG degree/diploma in the field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS. OR Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/ Human Development/Nursing; with minimum 3 yrs experience after graduation, of working in field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS. In the case of those recruited from the community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, the experience will be relaxed to a minimum of one year of experience in the field of HIV/AIDS.
