Eligibility Criteria for for Gurkha Sepoys Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Gurkha Sepoys: candidate should have passed minimum Class-VII or equivalent examination from, recognized institution, and should be between 18 and 25 years of age. Candidate must possess the required physical stature.
Physical Standard:
Candidate should be of minimum 158cms of height, and should weigh minimum 50kgs. The minimum required measurement for the chest is 79cms (with expansion of 5 cms).
Physical Endurance Test:
- Candidate should be able to run 1.6kms within 4 minutes
- Should be able to cover the distance of 5Kms within 40 Minutes
- Candidate should qualify the Broad Jump by jumping 3.66 Mtrs (Three Chances)
- High Jump: candidate is required to qualify with minimum 1.22Mtrs (Three Chances)
