• Candidates must have completed their class 10th exams from a recognised board.

• Candidates must have an ITI Certificate in the relevant trade from NCVT / SCVT or a diploma in engineering.

• The minimum age is 18 years.

• The maximum age is 30 years (general category).

• Eligible candidates fromreserved categories are given some relaxation in the age limit as per government rules. 

• OBC candidates: 3 years 

• SC/ST candidates: 5 years 

• PwBD candidates: 10 years 

• The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
