He has good academic record throughout their career. He has done MBA from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Prior to SBI, he was working with a private organization as an Assistant Manager-Marketing and Sales with a good pay package after completing his MBA. He leaves his job Banking and started preparing for bank recruitment examinations as banking is considered a secured blue collar job nowadays because banking is supposed to be a profession of gentlemen. Apart from that, SBI is a government-owned organization and the job security it offers is more than a private organization.
