Sandeep Yadav, a youth from Haryana got selected for the probationary officer (PO) in the largest commercial bank, State Bank of India. He has been an inspiration for a number of candidates preparing for SBI PO examination which is considered as one of the toughest Government Jobs in the country. He credits his success in SBI PO recruitment examination to his family. His father is working in a public sector unit while the mother is a home maker. His wife is also working in a public sector bank.

In this video, he has shared his success story of becoming a probationary officer in the bank of high repute in the country. He also discussed his strength and weaknesses that a candidate should recognise within himself/herself before indulge in the serious preparation for any competitive exam.  Throughout his academic career, Sandeep Yadav has been a bright student and a hard working person. After completing MBA from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, he joined a private organization as an Assistant Manager-Marketing and Sales, but his dream of getting a job in the public sector remain intact.
