Educational Qualification:

• Manager(Electrical): B.E / B.Tech (Electrical & Instrumentation).
• Manager(Mechanical): B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical).
• Deputy Manager (Process &Quality Assurance ): B.E./B.Tech-(Chemical).
• Deputy Manager (Instrumentation): B.E./B.Tech( Instrumentation).
• Deputy Manager (Finance): CA / CMA.
• Assistant Manager (Materials): B.Tech./B.E. + Diploma in Material Management.
• Assistant Manager (Personnel &Administration): Master of Social Work or M.B.A (Optional Subject - HR) or M.A. (Sociology) or Post Graduates possessing DLLAL / PG Degree / Diploma - Personnel Management & Industrial Relations awarded by the recognised University / Institutions.
• Executive (Mechanical): B.E / B. Tech (Mech).
• Executive (Personnel &Administration): Master of Social Work or M.B.A (Optional Subject - HR) or M.A. (Sociology) or Post Graduates possessing DLLAL / PG Degree / Diploma - Personnel Management & Industrial Relations awarded by the recognised University / Institutions.
• Accountant: 10th + 12th + B.Com degree.
• CCR Operators Plant/Lime Stone Crusher: B.E./B.Tech-Chemical.
• Shift Chemist: B.Sc/M.Sc-Chemistry.
• X- Ray Analyst: B. Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry).
• Electrician: ITI - Electrician with 'C' License.
• Instrument Mechanic: ITI Instrumentation.
• Personal Assistant: 10th + 12th +Any Degree having typing (English & Tamil Both Higher) / Soft skills (MS Office).
• Junior Assistant (Materials): B.Sc - Degree + Soft Skills (Ms Office).
• Junior Assistant (EDP): B.Sc(Computer Science) Degree with PG Diploma in Computer Application.
• Time Keeper: 10th + 12th + Any Degree having typing / soft skills (MS Office).
• Driver: 10th or 12th passed / failed having valid LMV driving licence.

Age Limit

• Manager: Below 45 years
• Deputy Manager: Below 40 years
• Assistant Manager: Below 35 years
• Executive, Others: Below 35 years
